Write for the Quiet Feather

We want to include material on as broad a range of subject matter as possible, so whatever you’re interested in, if you can write about it in an engaging lively way we’d love to print your work.

Maximum of 1500 words for prose, or 100 lines of poetry.

We’re also looking for photographers, cartoonists and illustrators to tell their stories in pictures.

For successful submissions we’ll send you a free copy of the magazine, and you’ll also be included in the profit-sharing scheme (see ‘Nuts and Bolts’).

[We have to confess to being overwhelmed now by the volume of submissions we receive.  The QF is still a small undertaking shuffled between other commitments but this is no excuse for our tardiness.  Please realise that we're swamped with submissions and we will contact you if we are thinking of using one of your pieces.  Unfortunately the volume means we can not respond personally to everyone.  Dom]
